In the unlikely event that we damage or lose any of your items we will
compensate you up to a maximum of £30 per item.

QUALITY
Do you conduct quality checks?
Yes. All items are professionally hand pressed and every garment is checked
independently before it is wrapped and returned to you.
How do you avoid losing my garments?
Whilst we are responsible for your laundry, it receives individual attention
at all times to avoid loss or damage. The garments are counted on receipt and when we complete your order.
